Once again I need to rotate to another ward. It'll be the third ward I work in 2009, which means I have to adapt the third working style within a hospital. I think it's pretty shit - normally to adapt it takes at least a year but the circumstance is that I had 3 rotations within 2 years.
If rotation really helps people mature I'll think it's completely silly.
