just some thoughts

Recalling last years, there are activities and another coming; Junk photo-trip, Junk-wine-night, wargame, night time cheung chau shooting; Days are well-spent.

I am feeling the time has come again.

a week of being an athletic

Summarize the week:

Day 0: gym + basketball
Day 1: gym + three hours of tennis
Day 2: gym (all thigh muscles) + tennis solely with Calvin
Day 3: gym + soccer (skill train under mark sir)
Day 4: mixed double tennis for 3 hours + volleyball
Day 5: gym - sorching exhausting biceps training.
Day 6: breast work out
Day 7: really a rest day !

While the last annual leave i spent splendid time in Kyoto, this week of annual leave I chose to test my physical limit with training muscles strength and improve my sport performance.

I inreased the frequency of gym training to nearly a daily basis. One part of muscle trained per day- but that does not imply that hour easily passed as the personal trainer will never rest your trained muscles. They made sure I had to exert full power for each lift/ pull/ push . If you cannot attain their standard they will help with the contraction , but not the muscle elongation part /' relaxation' part- which is often the toughest part as you have to withstand hundreds pounds descended to the muscle.

At the same time of gym training I increased the frequency of having a regular sport. I chose tennis simply because it’s exciting with lots of dash and muscle co-ordination. It is quite a good feeling when you make a great serve, hit a return ace or just see opponents' loser faces. (promised - tennis is a wonderful sport)

The whole week workout has added 3kg to my body. Done a body analysis on Friday, it said the muscle porportion has increased for a few percents, which implies most of the weight gain goes to muscle!!!

What a great week with exercise. Fruitful with weight gain and technique improvement, though a bit tiring.

Manutd | Hong Kong

At one side of the earth Manutd had the first home defeat to Aston Villa, but on another side the Manutd supporter was still joyful as Hong Kong finally topped Japan and Korea in East Asian football game.

I was sitting on the west stand of the HK stadium, and felt buzzing after the 1-1 draw, felt the power of the roar from HK supporters, and definitely went into craze when H.F.Yapp made the vital save of the game at penalties shot-out.

Oh what a great night I have had in HK stadium.....
